Credit Collections Executive | Auto Loans

Be part of a trusted automotive and financial services group with over 35 years of industry experience Build expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution and customer relationship management We believe in respectful, solution-oriented debt recovery that balances business objectives with customer needs Work alongside colleagues across vehicle sales, and financing, giving you exposure to the full customer journey Work from our four-storey Dickson Auto Centre, within an integrated ecosystem spanning vehicle sales, financing, insurance and aftersales Core Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments Contact customers to negotiate repayment arrangements and resolve account-related matters professionally Process collections, payments, refunds, account adjustments, and GIRO applications accurately Prepare collection notices, full settlement quotations, vehicle release letters, and related documentation Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth account resolution Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements Support administrative duties, process improvements, and other ad hoc assignments as required Job Requirements: Minimum O Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities A team player with integrity, professionalism, and good emotional intelligence
