Customer Delivery Management Director

Lead the newly established Customer Delivery Management function to oversee the end-to-end customer experience for hyperscale clients from contract signing to operations. Establish the regional operating model, lead a team of Customer Delivery Managers, and act as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts. Requires over 15 years of experience in customer-facing delivery or programme management within data centers, digital infrastructure, or similar mission-critical B2B environments. Must possess strong people leadership skills, commercial fluency in contracts, and experience operating across multiple Asian markets.
