Junior Software Test Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Software Test Engineer to support software testing activities and help ensure applications meet functional and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Execute test cases and document test results. Identify, report, and track software defects. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. Verify fixes and retest reported issues. Assist in preparing test plans, test cases, and test documentation. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand system requirements and expected functionality. Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment. Maintain accurate testing records and documentation. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in software testing or a related field. Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and tools Exposure to testing tools or bug tracking systems is a plus.
