Junior Business Executive – IT Distribution

About the Company: Lal Sahu is a leading IT distributor specializing in hardware, software, and cloud solutions. We connect top-tier global tech brands with a vast network of resellers and enterprise clients. We are looking for a driven Junior Business Executive to support our sales and vendor management teams, drive product adoption, and accelerate market growth. Key Responsibilities: Vendor & Partner Support: Act as the primary liaison between IT vendors (e.g., hardware/software manufacturers) and our reseller network, managing inquiries and ensuring smooth order fulfilment. Identifying new vendors for different regions: Send proposals for partnership with new OEM's (HW & SW) and then follow up for senior management meetings for collaboration. This will be the primary objective for this role. Sales Pipeline Management: Assist the sales team in tracking leads, processing quotations, and to ensure accurate sales forecasting. Market & Product Analysis: Track IT market trends, analyse competitor pricing, and identify new product positioning opportunities within APAC region. Campaign Coordination: Help execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and reseller enablement webinars. Requirements: Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or business development—ideally within the IT, electronics, or distribution industry. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Understanding of IT channel distribution (B2B). Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment.
