About this role
KeyResponsibilities: - Project & Site Management - Plan, coordinate, and supervisebuilding works (repairs, A&A, refurbishment, reinstatement) - Monitor project progress, schedule,and quality of work - Liaise with contractors,consultants, and internal stakeholders - Conduct site inspections and resolvetechnical issues - Quotation, Proposal & ContractManagement - Prepare quotations using Schedule ofRates (SOR) in line with contract requirements - Develop and submit technical &commercial proposals for client approval - Prepare and manage Variation Orders(VOs) with proper justifications and cost breakdowns - Source and evaluatesubcontractor/vendor quotations - Claims & Cost Control - Prepare and submit progress claims - Track claim status and follow up forcertification and payment - Maintain proper documentation forall claims and completed works - Ensure project costs are monitoredand controlled within budget - Compliance & Safety - Ensure works comply with regulatoryrequirements (BCA, SCDF, WSH) - Prepare and review Risk Assessments(RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method of Statements (MOS) - Enforce site safety and goodpractices - Documentation & Reporting - Prepare reports, submissions, andproject documentation - Maintain proper records for auditand compliance - Provide regular updates tomanagement and clients - Facilities Management Integration - Coordinate works with FM operationsto minimise disruption - Support maintenance, upgrading, andasset improvement initiatives Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering,Building, Facilities Management, or related field - 5-10 years of relevant experience inbuilding works / FM / construction - Experience in SOR, quotations,claims, and client submissions preferred - Familiar with MS Office (Excel,Word) and basic project tools - Knowledge of local regulations andsafety standards What We’re Looking For: * Strong coordination and problem-solving skills * Good communication and stakeholder management * Detail-oriented, especially in costing and documentation * Able to work independently and manage multiple project
