Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Prepare quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre- and post- contract administration. Prepare evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments. Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims. Prepare costing and submit quotations to clients for Variation Orders (VO) items. Liaise with main contractor on payments and VO confirmations. Prepare Final Account for completed projects and obtain management’s approval. Follow up with clients on final payments and release of retentions Liaise with main contractor on performance bonds. Prepare monthly report of payment collection forecast and estimation of payments to sub-contractors. Work with Project Managers on project administration matters, contractual obligation and cost impact for project, etc. Assist in the preparation of project submission documents such as - built drawings, operational & maintenance manual, warranties, etc. Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Singapore related working experience is compulsory Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services / M&E Engineering With relevant local working experience would be preferred Good oral & written communication skills with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn
