Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and expand market reach Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders across various industries Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations to promote the company’s services and solutions Manage the full sales process including prospecting, lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards overall business development objectives Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, customer records, and business updates Handle multiple sales opportunities effectively while meeting deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment Requirements 2–6 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a B2B environment Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs Strong experience in new business acquisition with a proactive and results-driven mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different industries and seniority levels Confident in conducting negotiations and business discussions with senior management and decision-makers Experience in subscription-based or solution-selling environments would be advantageous Familiarity with the shipping, maritime, or energy sectors will be an added advantage Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills Self-motivated, independent, and highly driven to achieve business objectives Able to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and work well under pressure
