Sales And Operations Manager (Project Logistics)

Responsibilities: Assist the specialised chartering team in ensuring seamless and efficient voyage operations. Engage with brokers, counterparties, shipowners, and charterers on operational aspects related to vessels and/or cargo. Identify potential challenges in advance and take proactive steps to resolve them, improving overall charter efficiency. Verify and monitor Freight, Hire, and Commission invoices and payments, coordinating closely with the Accounts department. Track and manage time bar deadlines to ensure adherence. Perform other related or ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational requirements. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in Tanker Operations, ideally with exposure to Biofuels, Chemicals, or Vegetable Oils cargoes. Skilled in using spreadsheet applications, particularly Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
