About Capital One Capital One Financial Corporation is a major American bank holding company specializing in credit cards, consumer banking, and commercial banking. What You’ll Do Responsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, brand awareness, presence, and volume for the network. The role will identify and manage marketing opportunities in a B2B environment, which includes developing a marketing plan, leveraging key internal and external channels and identifying other mutual opportunities in priority markets. This role will ensure that performance metrics are in place and manage the marketing budget effectively. Build and manage client marketing relationships, providing regular updates whilst working very closely with our Relationship Management team. Identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the initiatives the role oversees. What we’re looking for Tracks key performance indicators and updates leadership. Creates and manages programs to drive acceptance and product adoptions. Maintains and enhances the value propositions for acceptance. Assists in implementing strategies to provide a quality customer experience for network clients. Provides feedback on opportunities to enhance partnerships. Builds effective relationships across key internal and external stakeholders. Leverage influencing and negotiation skills to drive our business objectives. Basic Qualifications Bachelors Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Integrated Marketing, Advertising or In lieu of a degree, 7 years of Marketing experience.
