About the Role You'll be the creative force behind social channels, developing posts, stories, and short-form videos that connect with audience, while also supporting outreach campaigns and communications that make a genuine difference in the community. What You Will Do Content Creation Develop digital content — posts, stories, and short-form videos — tailored to each social media platform. Create marketing materials such as videos and infographics to support outreach and education efforts. Campaign Support Assist in planning and coordinating social media campaigns promoting worker well-being. Monitor and compile basic performance reports on social media engagement to support campaign evaluation. Communications Administration Provide administrative support in maintaining communication channels, including messaging platforms and email newsletters. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as Capcut Pro.
