Telesales Executive (Inside Sales Coordinator - Central North/ 5D/ Medical/Healthcare)

Responsibilities: Contact existing customers to follow up on replenishment of legacy products and identify repeat sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely product information and sales support. Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related enquiries. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system. Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through proactive customer engagement and excellent service. Requirements: Experience in inside sales, customer service, sales coordination, or order management. Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, order processing, or a related role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities. High attention to detail in order processing and documentation.
