Business Project Manager (Restaurant / Hospitality) Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage restaurant projects to improve operations, efficiency, and customer experience. Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resources are used efficiently. Identify new business opportunities, additional revenue streams, and strategies for growth. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to recommend actionable improvements. Prepare reports and updates for management to support strategic decision-making. Support implementation of new initiatives such as menu changes, technology upgrades, staff training, and promotions.
