Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Manager

Job Description: Review contractual requirements Provide advice on contractual matters Oversee and manage contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution of each projects Oversee and tracking for progress of construction and milestone achievement of each projects Maintain and develop relations with authority, clients, consultants and business partners Involve in tender management and coordination Requirements: A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry Possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Possess strong and confident personality Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration and variation orders Good leadership and organizing abilities Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and a good team player
