Quantity Surveyor (Construction/ Civil Engineering)

Position : Quantity Surveyor (Construction/ Civil Engineering) Location : Location : Tuas South Street (Company Transport Provided - Buona Vista/ Tuas Area) Working hours : 5 days a week - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + Performance Bonus Duration : Permanent Industry : Civil Engineering & Construction Main Responsibilities: Interpret drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare cost budgets and estimates for civil infrastructure projects. Manage all financial aspects of contracts, including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Track design changes, adjust budget projections, and manage all contract cost reporting to ensure project financial control. Administer subcontractor quotations, payments, and variation orders. Prepare interim valuations, monthly claims, and ensure timely submission of all variation orders and cost claims. Requirements: At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related industries. At least 3 years of Quantity Surveyor experience (road work, drain work, earth work, etc.).
