Beautician/Consultant/Manager

The Beautician Consultant/ Manager is responsible for providing professional beauty treatments, conducting skin analysis, recommending suitable products and treatment packages, and achieving individual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Perform professional facial treatments, skincare services, and other beauty treatments according to company SOPs. Conduct skin analysis and understand customers’ concerns and beauty goals. Provide personalized treatment recommendations and explain treatment benefits and procedures. Follow up with customers on treatment progress and satisfaction. Recommend suitable treatment packages, memberships, and retail products. Convert consultations into sales and maintain a high conversion rate. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits, retention, and referrals. Requirements: Candidates with relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills are welcome to apply Possession of a Professional Certificate / NiTEC / CIBTAC / ITEC in Beauty and Skincare is preferred Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience Immediate availability is highly preferred
