Job Summary Provide professional back, shoulder, and full body massage services to clients, ensuring high-quality care and customer satisfaction in a massage establishment. Responsibilities Deliver skilled back, shoulder, and full body massage treatments to meet client needs and promote relaxation Apply massage techniques effectively to enhance client well-being and comfort Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients during massage sessions Manage client appointments and communicate clearly to ensure positive customer experiences Work reliably on weekends and public holidays to meet business operational needs Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional demeanor Required competencies and certifications Hold at least one WSQ Certification in Full Body Massage or Holistic Massage Preferred competencies and qualifications Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a massage establishment TCM tuina knowledge is a plus point
