Bartender

Job Summary The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient bar operations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company standards to ensure quality and consistency Deliver friendly and professional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area to meet hygiene and safety standards Monitor bar inventory levels and replenish stock promptly to support uninterrupted service Verify customers' age to comply with responsible alcohol service regulations Process customer orders and payments accurately to ensure smooth transactions Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate efficient bar and restaurant operations Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols consistently Perform additional bar and service duties as assigned to support team needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience as a bartender or in the food and beverage industry Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wines, spirits, and beverages Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Other Information Benefits Competitive salary Staff meals provided Performance incentives Career advancement opportunities Annual leave and medical benefits
