Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives and drive business growth through strategic marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, strengthening brand awareness, managing digital and traditional marketing activities, and identifying new market opportunities. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the company's objectives and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales and business objectives. Plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends and new business opportunities. Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), email marketing and website management. Prepare marketing budgets, monitor expenditures and maximise return on investment. Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics and prepare regular management reports. Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, product launches and corporate branding activities. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners and suppliers. Lead, mentor and supervise the marketing team while collaborating with internal departments to achieve organisational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant advertising and marketing regulations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing management experience. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, campaign management and market research. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and other digital marketing tools. Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
