Job Description We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead the company's digital marketing strategy and strengthen its online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple digital marketing initiatives while staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, websites, email marketing, display advertising, and other digital channels. Manage the company's website, ensuring content is updated, user-friendly, and optimised for search engine performance (SEO). Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop digital content strategies and work with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour studies to identify new marketing opportunities and emerging digital trends. Manage the company's online reputation, social media engagement, and community management activities. Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget while ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI). Collaborate with sales, business development, and product teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives. Lead, supervise, and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with company policies, advertising standards, and data protection regulations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, online advertising, social media management, or digital campaign management, including managerial or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and website management. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms. Experience using content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and graphic design software is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing trends, and performance marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
