About this role
Job Description: Plan and conduct badminton training for the school team and development team. Develop students' badminton skills for competitive and developmental levels. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and fair play. Work closely with the Teacher-in-Charge to plan and deliver training programmes. Motivate and develop students' passion for badminton. Support and participate in CCA activities, competitions and school events as required Requirements: Preferably possess SG-Coach Level 1 (Theory and/orTechnical) or equivalent/higher. Preferably registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC). Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification. Main Instructor (Boys School Team): Minimum 3 years of badminton coaching experience. Main Instructor (Mixed Development Team):Preferably 2 years of badminton coaching experience. Able to conduct safe, engaging, and effective badminton training sessions
