Band Cca Instructor

Job Description: Work closely with the Main Band Instructor to develop student's instrumental playing skills and techniques. Teach and coach students in the assigned band instrument, focusing on ensemble performance and tone quality. Prepare students for school performances through structured training and repertoire practice. Serve as a positive role model and foster student's character, values, and teamwork in line with the school's core values. Requirements: Minimum ABRSM Grade 8 (Practical) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized music examination board. At least 3 years of experience playing the relevant musical instrument. Strong instrumental performance skills with the ability to coach and mentor students. Competent in delivering Band CCA training and handling assigned responsibilities. Preferably at least 2 years of coaching experience in the relevant band instrumental group. Strong coaching, communication, and student engagement skills.
