Job Description Investigate student incidents, including bullying, theft, fights, vandalism, and misconduct. Interview students and witnesses to gather accurate and impartial information. Collect and review evidence such as CCTV footage, written statements, and digital records. Prepare clear, professional investigation reports with findings and recommendations. Work closely with school leaders, teachers,counsellors, and SEN Officers on case management. Support students with empathy while promoting accountability and positive behaviour. Maintain confidential case records incompliance with school policies. Monitor behavioural trends and provide timely updates and reports to school management. Requirements Minimum Higher Nitec or GCE'O' Level. At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Prior experience in an MOE school environment is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional,approachable, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion. Experiencein student discipline, conflict resolution, mediation, or case management ispreferred. Familiarity with school operations and student development is an advantage.
