Discipline Teacher Aide

Job Description: Assist the school’s Discipline Team in monitoring and managing student punctuality, including tracking late-comers and maintaining proper records Support the management of students placed on detention or suspension, ensuring compliance with school procedures Conduct regular patrolling within and around the school compound during and after school hours to maintain discipline and safety Assist in the investigation of student disciplinary cases by gathering information and supporting documentation of incidents Provide basic guidance and support to students involved in disciplinary cases, encouraging positive behaviour and adherence to school values Provide administrative and operational support for school events, including logistics coordination, setup, and on-site assistance Support staff during school events to ensure smooth operations and effective student management Perform any other duties related to school discipline and operations as assigned Requirements: Minimum secondary school education At least 1 year of working experience working with students/teenagers, preferably in the area of discipline management Good team player Possess good people skills and able to engage students, contact parents and liaise with teachers; demonstrates patience and empathy Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve targets set Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, sufficient to perform day-to-day administrative tasks independently · Service not required on these period: i) During year-end school holidays in November and December 2026 and 2027.
