Job Description: Design, plan, and deliver a structured Cross Country training programme for B and C Division students. Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all training sessions and activities. Work collaboratively with teachers and coaches to achieve the CCA's objectives. Motivate students, develop their passion for Cross Country, and instill positive values and life skills. Prepare students for recreational and competitive Cross Country events. Provide technical, tactical, and mental coaching during training and competitions Requirements: Minimum SG-Coach Level 1 (Theory) and/or SG-Coach Level 1 (Technical),or equivalent. Registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) for the respective sport. Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification (overseas certifications must be validated by the National Resuscitation and First Aid Council). Additional Cross Country coaching or sports-related qualifications will be an added advantage
