Customer Engagement Executive (Showroom Experience)

Location: Tampines 1 Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable) Working Hours: 5 days work week (Rostered Schedule) Monday – Friday:9:30am – 7:30pm Saturday – Sunday: 9:30am – 6:30pm OR1:00pm – 10:00pm 2 Rest Days on Weekdays Benefits: Attractive Bonus Package (6-Month Bonus + Completion Bonus) Annual Leave | Medical Leave Key Responsibilities Deliver a warm, personalised and engaging showroom experience by proactively welcoming and interacting with walk-in customers. Build genuine rapport with customers, understand their vehicle preferences and identify their purchasing interests. Collect customer information, qualify sales opportunities and ensure all leads are accurately captured before handing them over to the Sales Team for follow-up. Coordinate customer appointments, test drives and enquiries, working closely with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer journey. Maintain accurate customer records and lead databases. Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Participate confidently in videos, livestreams and other digital marketing initiatives. Support showroom events, roadshows, product launches and promotional campaigns by actively engaging customers. Gather customer feedback and share insights to continuously improve the customer experience. Assist with showroom merchandising, promotional materials, inventory coordination and ensure the showroom and vehicle displays are always well presented. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a positive customer experience across both physical and digital touchpoints. The Sales Team will take ownership of sales consultations and purchase follow-ups after qualified leads have been handed over. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, hotels, premium retail, luxury retail, automotive or other customer experience-focused environments. A naturally outgoing, energetic and people-oriented personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage customers from diverse backgrounds. Comfortable interacting with customers both face-to-face and through digital and social media platforms. Passionate about social media, content creation and digital marketing trends. Confident appearing in videos, livestreams and promotional content when required. Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking customers and supporting Mandarin-language content creation and marketing activities. Able to work weekends and public holidays when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, premium retail, lifestyle or automotive industries. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu. Basic photography, videography and video editing skills. Experience in customer engagement, event support, brand promotions or lead generation. Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
