6 Months Contract Customer Service Assistant

Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone calls Create, update, and manage customer service cases in the system Coordinate and process spare parts requests for service cases Arrange and schedule technician visits based on customer requirements Follow up on open cases and ensure timely closure Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the customer service team Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Training will be provided Working Location: Ubi Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm) Salary: Up to $2600 Able to commit for 6 months contract (Subject to extension or conversion to perm) Able to start work within short notice How to apply: Interested applicants kindly state your expected salary, last drawn salary and starting date.
