Senior Chemist (R&D)

Develop and improve product formulations for local and overseas markets, ensuring performance, stability and cost-effectiveness Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD) and product notifications with HSA Prepare and maintain technical documentation (PDS, COA, SDS) while providing technical support to internal stakeholders Lead product validation, quality investigations and formulation troubleshooting to resolve quality and microbial issues Evaluate new raw materials, ingredients and technologies to drive product innovation and continuous improvement Coordinate product testing with local and overseas laboratories, and support analysis of raw materials, packaging and finished products Maintain and enhance QA/QC systems, support supplier audits, customer complaint investigations, and ensure GMP and quality compliance Support certification and audit activities (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, EU MDR), while collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product development and regulatory initiatives Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Min Degree in Pharmaceutical/Chemistry or any relevant course Min 3 years of relevant experience in product formulation and laboratory testing Prefer candidates who have hands on experience in certificates and audits Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, EU MDR preferred Location: Pasir Ris Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 830am - 545pm), Half Day work on Sat every once in 4 weeks Salary: Up to $8000 How to apply: Interested applicants kindly state your expected salary, last drawn salary and starting date.
