Ecommerce Sales Executive

Conducting sales call to customers from provided leads Engage with customers for upselling, cross-selling, and following up on sales leads Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, conversion, and loyalty Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities Ensure service excellence in operations Prepare online store for promotions in alignment with marketing campaigns Conduct inventory checks to ensure product availability and timely restocking Oversee order processing and delivery for smooth transactions and timely fulfillment Report on online store performance, including weekly projections and insights Analyze sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities Handle any other ad-hoc duties as needed Requirements: Diploma in Marketing/Business or relevant field Min 2-3 years experience in e-commerce industry Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience with CRM and marketplace platforms is an advantage Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm) Location: Macpherson Salary: up to $4000 How to apply: Interested applicants kindly state your expected salary, last drawn salary and starting date.
