Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers. Respond to service enquiries via phone, email and remote access. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues. Coordinate with field service engineers for onsite support when required. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors. Coordinate warranty claims, spare parts and repair arrangements. Assist in testing, configuring and commissioning equipment where necessary. Support preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution. Requirements Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided. Candidates with relevant service or technical support experience will have an added advantage. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
