Assistant Manager (Guest Services) | 5 Days Work, $3,300++ | Luxury Hotel

Depending on your experience, you may be placed in Front of House (Guest Services) or Back of House operations . Who We’re Looking For Singaporeans only Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality Hands-on experience with OPERA Cloud PMS and related systems (e.g. PABX) Strong understanding of hotel operations (Front Office, Concierge, Bell Services, Valet, or relevant BOH functions) Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) A proactive leader with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences What You’ll Be Doing Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery across departments Plan and manage manpower deployment during daily operations, peak periods, and events Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and movements to ensure seamless experiences Work closely with event teams and stakeholders to manage group bookings, luggage handling, and logistics Prepare and review staff rosters to ensure operational efficiency and cost control Handle VIP guests personally, ensuring all arrangements and preferences are executed flawlessly Be present during peak hours to manage guest flow and resolve operational challenges Respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring safety of guests and staff Lead, train, and motivate team members through coaching and performance management Salary & Benefits 5 days work week, rotating shift Monthly salary: From $3,300 Comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, AWS and variable bonus, birthday leave, staff discounts across Accor hotels, flexible benefits, with uniform and meals provided.
