Well-Established Company Basic $4000 to $5000 + AWS +Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: WEST Normal Working Hours (Mon to Fri) BMS | ACMV About the role This role involves preparing proposals, quotations, and cost estimations for BMS and ACMV projects. You will review tender specifications, drawings, and project requirements, perform quantity take-off and costing for Building Management System (BMS) and ACMV systems, and assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical submissions, and tender documentation. Key responsibilities Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimations for BMS and ACMV projects Review tender specifications, drawings, and project requirements Perform quantity take-off and costing for Building Management System (BMS) and ACMV systems Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical submissions, and tender documentation Support the Proposal / Sales Manager on technical, commercial, and costing matters Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors during tender preparation Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and conduct cost comparisons Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and within the required timeline Prepare project-related documentation, reports, and cost analysis Participate in technical clarifications and tender discussions when required About you Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline Experience in ACMV, BMS, Building Automation, M&E, tendering, estimation, or proposal preparation will be advantageous Candidates with project engineering experience and interest in tendering or proposal work are welcome to apply Training will be provided for candidates with lesser experience
