Project Engineer (BMS / Building Automation System)

Well established Company Basic $3500 - $ 4600 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: West (Singapore) Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm 5 days’ work week Job Responsibilities: Assist in the design, planning, and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on project requirements and site activities. Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards. Monitor project progress and prepare project reports, documentation, and site records. Assist in project scheduling, cost control, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Attend site meetings and resolve technical and site coordination issues. Ensure project works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with customer requirements. Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
