Project Engineer (BMS | Building Automation | Mechanical / Electrical)

Well established Company Basic $3800 to $5000 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Island Wide Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm 5 days’ work week Job Responsibilities: Assist in the design, planning and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and clients on project requirements and site activities. Review project drawings and ensure the latest approved drawings are used for installation works. Supervise subcontractors and ensure works comply with project specifications and quality standards. Monitor site progress and assist with project scheduling and cost control. Prepare progress reports, method statements, project documentation and site records. Attend site meetings and resolve technical, installation and site coordination issues. Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and project handover. Inspect completed works and follow up on defects or non-conformance issues. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and according to customer requirements. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Preferably 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, M&E, ACMV or BMS projects. Exposure to BMS or data centre projects is advantageous. Candidates without relevant working experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
