Job Summary Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Develop and execute architectural designs to meet client requirements and project specifications Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals Lead and manage internal and external project teams to optimize collaboration and performance Utilize ArchiCAD and Photoshop software to produce detailed architectural drawings and presentations Apply local architectural knowledge and standards gained from at least one year of Singapore experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects Experience with ArchiCAD and Photoshop software for architectural design and visualization
