You’ll partner closely with leadership, lead a high-performing team of four, and help drive strategic decisions across multiple markets and brands. What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire Manage and develop a team of 4 finance professionals Coach and mentor team members to reach their potential Create a collaborative, high-performance culture Business Partner Work closely with the CEO and leadership team Translate financial data into business insights Support expansion projects, new initiatives, and strategic planning Drive Innovation Champion automation and AI-powered finance solutions Streamline reporting and eliminate manual processes Identify smarter ways of working across the business Think Like an Entrepreneur Challenge existing processes Be comfortable in a fast-moving environment Take ownership and make decisions with confidence We’re Looking For Someone Who Has 5-7 years of finance experience Has experience leading teams Is commercially minded, not just technically strong Loves solving problems and improving processes Is naturally curious and embraces new technology Is excited to learn and experiment with AI tools Enjoys working in a dynamic scale-up environment Is hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves Bonus Points If You Have Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality or multi-site businesses Experience with business intelligence or automation platforms Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or finance automation software Experience supporting regional operations Why Join SaladStop!?
