Job Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and web leads. Prepare and send accurate quotations promptly. Follow up actively to convert enquiries into confirmed sales. Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Maintain strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities. Handle tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met. Update sales records, quotations, and order status in company systems. Requirements Experience in catering, hospitality, event sales, or customer service preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Proactive, organised, and sales-driven mindset.
