Job Summary You will manage comprehensive HR functions including payroll, recruitment, work pass administration, and compliance to support business operations and employee development at EBUY PTE LTD. Responsibilities Process monthly payroll accurately to ensure timely salary payments for all employees Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, claims, and personnel files to ensure accurate HR data management Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding to attract and integrate talent effectively Prepare and administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documentation to support workforce management Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and submit required documentation to MOM to ensure regulatory compliance Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to facilitate smooth transitions Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks Assist in performance appraisal exercises and employee development initiatives to promote workforce growth Generate HR reports and manpower statistics for management decision-making Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and service providers on HR-related matters to maintain effective partnerships Provide administrative support and perform other duties assigned by management to support HR operations Required competencies and certifications Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations Experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and employee record administration Proficiency in Mic…
