Project Manager

Job Description: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements. Develop full scale project plans Assemble and coordinate project staff Manage project budget and project resource allocation Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Quality assurance Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Project evaluations and assessment of results Job Criteria Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a Construction Manager roles. Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Committed and responsible towards job Able to take ownership and work independently Strong leadership and coaching skill.
