Job Description Responsible for site inspection, data analysis, and preparation of valuation reports for all property types Attend to valuation-related queries and provide professional advice to clients on property values Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their specific valuation needs Implement and uphold rigorous quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of valuation reports Undertake other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time Requirements Degree in Real Estate or Equivalent Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Meticulous and numerically competent Those with relevant experience will be considered for the role of Senior Valuer Fresh grads are welcome
