RESPONSIBILITIES Full time focus on property tax advisory to our corporate clients Manage and advise on their property tax portfolios Carry out site inspections and analyse data to assess the annual values for property tax purpose Prepare assessment reports Liaise and assist in discussions with the assessors in Property Tax Department to resolve the objections and appeals REQUIREMENTS Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline Experience in property tax assessment/ valuation preferred Good knowledge of the local property market industry Possess good communication skills and team player with good interpersonal skills Self-motivated and resourceful Those with at least 2 years of experience may be considered for Senior Valuer role Fresh grads with relevant internship experience may apply We invite you to email us with a comprehensive resume including current and expected salary to hr.sg@etcsea.com We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
