Operations Support Officer (1 Year Renewable Contract)

Job Summary You will maintain cleanliness and security of school facilities, assist with basic maintenance, support staff logistics for events, and perform gate and traffic duties to ensure safety and smooth operations. Responsibilities Clean classrooms, special rooms, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment Conduct regular facility inspections and report maintenance issues such as lighting, plumbing, and pest control to the Operations Manager Manage and monitor consumable supplies in toilets and special rooms, notifying supervisors when stocks are low Secure classrooms, offices, and common rooms by locking and unlocking doors and windows as scheduled Monitor school premises to identify and direct visitors, ensuring security and vigilance Perform gate and traffic warden duties during peak hours to safeguard students and maintain smooth traffic flow Collaborate with teaching staff, Admin Manager, Operations Manager, and CSOs to set up venues and rooms for special events and daily activities Coordinate distribution, collection, and record-keeping of miscellaneous items between students and the Admin Office Carry out additional duties assigned by the Admin Manager and Operations Manager Other Information Location Central Work Timings Mondays to Fridays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, including a 30-minute lunch break One day per week: 8-hour workday, including a 30-minute lunch break EA Personnel Name: Azhar Anuwar EA Personnel No: R21103663 EA License No: 11C4731
