Logistics Team Leader

Job Description Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, safety, and operational excellence. Allocate manpower and assign tasks to maximise workflow efficiency and meet operational targets. Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading activities. Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through timely WMS transactions, cycle counts, and stock takes. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues while serving as the first point of escalation. Train, coach, and support warehouse team members on operational procedures, WMS usage, and workplace safety. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, enhancing workflows, and supporting warehouse optimisation initiatives. Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related discipline. At least 1–2 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience , preferably in a supervisory or team lead role. Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Microsoft Excel . Hands-on experience using SAP , Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) , or similar inventory management systems. Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Meticulous with excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills.
