Job Summary Lead and supervise spa operations by providing expert consultation, delivering treatments, managing sales and appointments, training therapists, and ensuring high standards of service and hygiene to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Provide professional analysis and consultation to customers to recommend suitable treatments and products that meet their needs Deliver excellent customer service and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Manage appointments, client records, inventory, orders, and sales transactions accurately to support smooth branch operations Achieve individual and branch sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and customer engagement Guide and train therapists to enhance their skills and maximize their performance in delivering treatments Plan and implement improvements to treatments and services to maintain high quality and customer appeal Perform facial and body treatments and services to customers with professionalism and care Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations within the branch to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Execute administrative tasks as required to support branch management and operations Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty and spa supervision or senior roles CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, or other recognized beauty-related qualifications Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients Sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset to drive business growth Initiative, passion, independence, cheerful personality, and strong leadership skills to motivate the team and lead by example Willingness to work retail hours and weekends to meet business needs Other Information Competitive base salary plus high commissions and performance bonuses Flexible working hours and supportive, friendly team culture Clear career growth path within a rapidly expanding wellness brand Convenient office location near Rochor MRT Birthday perks and quarterly company appreciation gifts Exclusive staff benefits including complimentary or discounted spa treatments and facials Application email: mail@egeboutique.com WhatsApp enquiry: 80112349
