Job Summary The Recruitment Coordinator supports the Engineering division by managing interview schedules, coordinating candidates, and ensuring efficient hiring processes through organized communication and adherence to procedures. Responsibilities Manage interviewer rosters to ensure availability aligns with hiring needs Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews promptly and professionally Collect and consolidate interviewer feedback to support hiring decisions Scan resumes quickly and route them accurately to appropriate hiring managers Track candidate progress and pending actions to maintain pipeline visibility Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure process consistency Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders Multi-task effectively to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously Collaborate with local teams and global clients to facilitate smooth recruitment operations Adapt quickly to new procedures and changes within the business environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Experience in recruitment coordination or similar roles Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking tools such as ServiceNow or Oracle Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office programs.
