Job Summary To ensure a safe and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to customers. Responsibilities Receive goods and accurately place them in designated storage locations to maintain inventory organization Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet dispatch and shipping schedules Perform value-added services on customer-ordered goods to enhance product readiness Follow proper component handling procedures to prevent damage and ensure quality Move stock using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks safely and efficiently within the warehouse Conduct inventory cycle counts as required to maintain accurate stock records Apply manual handling procedures correctly when lifting and moving products to ensure safety Operate in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations to protect self and others Report any discrepancies, abnormalities, or potential safety hazards promptly to management Maintain clean and tidy work areas through daily housekeeping to support operational efficiency Suggest improvements to processes to increase efficiency and add value to the organization Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications N-Level or O-Level education preferred Ability to read, write, and speak simple English to communicate effectively in the workplace Proficient in PC literacy to perform basic computer tasks related to warehouse operations Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Positive, can-do attitude to adapt to changing tasks and challenges Good numeracy skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing Ability to plan and organize work to meet deadlines and operational requirements Flexible approach to assigned duties and tasks to support dynamic work environment Understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of errors or poor quality on costs Awareness of health and safety requirements relevant to warehouse operations Experience in warehouse environments preferred but not required; training provided
