Accountant (Urgent)

We are looking for passionate Accountants who are looking for a stable working environment in the education industry. Responsibilities: Ensures smooth monthly closing of accounts for subsidiaries and joint venture companies Involves in year end audit and handles all audit related matters Based on budget information from source departments, review budget figures and tax computations for submission to Group Reporting Provides accounting service to JV partners or investors Prepares management reports for Senior Management, joint venture partners or investors Ovesee and provides guidance to 1 to 2 team members Handles day to day operation enquires and requests from CEO Prepare, review and submission of GST report Prepare annual company tax for filing Requirements: ACCA / Degree in Accounting Proficient in Xero, AP and AR Minimum 5 years of experience in closing of accounts Knowledge in GST and tax provision Preferably with basic knowledge of property industry and knowledge of SAP Meticulous, good initiative, responsible and able to work independently Good written and verbal communication skills Possess knowledge and experience in MS Excel, Word Team player Singaporeans / SPRs preferred OTHER INFORMATION Must have hands-on experience with Xero.
