Project Manager

Job Description Plan, organize, and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Monitor project schedules, progress, and resources to achieve project objectives. Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents. Manage project costs, procurement, and contract administration. Conduct regular site meetings and prepare project progress reports. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Supervise site teams and provide leadership to engineers, supervisors, and workers. Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues that may arise during project execution. Liaise with government agencies and authorities for inspections, approvals, and statutory requirements. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and company standards. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration. Familiarity with Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
