Salary $4500 - $6000 AWS / VB Location: Central Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and client requirements. Preparing technical and commercial proposals. Estimating project costs, materials, labor, and timelines. Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project teams Identifying project risks and opportunities. Ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. Tender submission Participating in bid clarifications and negotiations. Job Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
