About this role
Salary Range $4,000 - $5,500 AWS / VB Location: Central area Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate M&E construction projects, including ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Supervise site installation works and ensure compliance with project schedules. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget performance. Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with BCA, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and relevant engineering standards.
