Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking | Central) Dt

Job Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients, focusing on relationship management and business development Identify and acquire new corporate customers to expand the client base and drive revenue growth Understand clients’ financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions, including lending, trade finance, cash management, FX, and treasury products Structure and manage credit facilities, including preparation of credit proposals and coordination of approval processes Conduct financial analysis, credit evaluations, and ongoing portfolio monitoring to identify potential risks Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and AML/KYC standards Work closely with internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Operations, and product teams to support client servicing and transaction execution Achieve business targets and overall portfolio profitability Support cross-border banking opportunities and regional business initiatives where applicable Job Requirements Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial banking Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, and corporate lending Experience in trade finance, treasury, or cash management products is an advantage Proven business development and client relationship management skills Good understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management frameworks Proficient in English and Chinese to support Chinese-speaking clients and regional business needs Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment Attention to: Debbie Tan (debbie.tan@elitez.asia) By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
